Data Deletion

Users can delete their account from inside the SautiSafe app. Account deletion removes the user account and cascades related contacts, safe locations, SOS records, and encrypted evidence references where implemented.

Delete In App

1. Open SautiSafe and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Use the account deletion option.

Request Support

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account and include the phone number on the account.

Retention

Some security, audit, and legal records may be retained where required for abuse prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or emergency-response integrity.
