Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
By using SautiSafe, you agree to use the service only for lawful safety, emergency, personal-security, and evidence-preservation purposes.
Eligibility
SautiSafe is intended to support women, girls, children, and guardians protecting women or children. Users must provide accurate registration and contact information.
Emergency Limitations
SautiSafe is not a replacement for police, ambulance, legal, medical, or emergency services. Network outages, device settings, phone battery, permissions, carrier filtering, third-party provider issues, or incorrect contact details can prevent alerts from being delivered.
User Responsibilities
- Keep emergency contacts current and only add contacts you trust.
- Test the app with your contacts before relying on it in an emergency.
- Keep your phone charged and location permissions enabled.
- Do not create false alerts or use the service to harass, stalk, impersonate, or endanger others.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password, phone, and device secure. Notify support if you believe your account or device has been compromised.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of SautiSafe after updates means you accept the updated terms.
